The goals of the conference was to focus attention on emerging scholarship and to establish links between researchers and data providers to stimulate further work on this important topic. The Conference provided a forum for policymakers to engage on the topic of forced displacement and – through the uptake of new research – accelerate the ability of stakeholders to make evidence-based decisions to improve the wellbeing of affected people.
